Beautiful and clean facility. The staff and administration were very courteous and professional. They made the procedure fast and way easier than I thought it would be. Margarita was very receptive when I walked in. Barbara was great as my anesthesia provider and made sure my IV didn’t burn when she administered the medication. Cindy the administrator greeted me and walked me to the back with the nursing assistant to my bed and made sure everything was running smoothly. Overall great experience from a rather scary sounding procedure. I would recommend this facility rather than having it done at a hospital.
I had a very good experience. Check-in was simple. I felt very confident in their ability to care for me. If my Doctor uses this facility, then I have know it has been vetted. I been going to my doctor for over 40 years. However, with that said, as a health care professional and using my critical eye, the facility is ran in a top-notch fashion!
I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure done and my experience was excellent. There was a quick check-in process, a little wait and then I was prepped and done quickly. It was so smooth it didn’t even seem like anything happened. I got through recovery quickly, met with the doctor briefly, and was on my way back home shortly there after. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this organization for all of your upper and lower GI needs. It did take some time to get my appointment scheduled, but that was mostly my fault. Be sure to answer your calls and check all voice messages daily to ensure you get signed up.
Amazing and kind folks! This is my second procedure over a three year period. Welcoming front desk employees and the after care follow up is appreciated. The nurse team provides attentive service. A minor concern is filling out paperwork and also the online in the wait ing room not enough time for both.
Every staff/team member was so sweet and professional. I felt respected and valued through the entire process. Aftercare was easy and no issues or pain! Made my experience pleasant.
