We are currently on our second apartment in K1, and we plan to stay here for the rest of our time in San Diego. Lance is so helpful and makes sure to help us out in every way that he can. He’s so kind in and out of his work hours, I’ll see him in the hallways or elevator and he knows every person and pets name that he comes by. The events held here are so much fun. The maintenance staff is so fast, helpful, and nice to talk to. everything is kept in such beautiful condition at all times. We are so lucky to get to live in a building where the staff is always so happy to help and answer any questions we have.
This review is long over due. I was a resident at K1 apartment building for over 3 years. In my time spent there I have had nothing but positive experiences with the building and especially the staff. The entire staff is top notch. They truly care about the residents and provide an amazing living experience. Thank you K1!
Having looked at over a dozen apartment buildings in Downtown San Diego, what sold me on K1 was the management, specifically Lance, the assistant property manager, who was kind enough to show me my unit which I have been living in for almost 6 months now. Lance makes me feel more than just a tenant in the building but he actually makes it feel like “home”. He always greets me with a smile in the elevator and goes above and beyond the role of his duties to accommodate all of my requests and makes me extremely proud to call this place my home! The property is also well maintained, safe, secured and has amazing views but aside from all that, it is the management and staff that truly makes this building amazing! Highly recommend this place for living with no hesitations.
We moved in to K1 in March and have had nothing but the best interactions with staff. Lance has been spectacular, any questions or needs are met with a quick reply and solution! The maintenance team here work hard and fast, and always manage to have a positive attitude. The amenities here are kept up with, I’ve stayed at other apartments where something is promised but not long lasting. Here everything that was promised is not only provided but taken care of and well managed. This place is beautiful and the house keeping works extremely hard to keep it this way. I see them throughout the day working diligently to keep K1 looking its best! This place is very safe, the apps and key fobs make it convenient and secure in this down town area. If you’re looking for a new apartment that has amazing staff, great amenities, clean and safe then I truly suggest stopping by to talk to Lance for additional informations!
I’ve been living here for 2 months now and absolutely love it. The staff is attentive and responsive, everyone from the front desk, maintenance, security and day porters. I love that all the neighbors say hello in the elevators. A place that I can call home and fully feel taken care of.
