Love shopping at Burlington in Visalia, but recently had a horrible experience with the cashier āTEQUILAā she over charged me with $70 worth of items & claimed I took them. Everything was found in the back shelves & I didnāt even receive an apology she just mugged me. Will definitely not be going back. She needs to get fired, clearly she was just trying to have someone pay for stuff so she can eventually take home.
One of my favorite places to shop for cute, sexy, business, and kids clothes. Good quality at a bargain price:)
When I went to burlington, there was a long line with only 2 cashiers. One cashier had a BROKEN arm and still had to scan items which is very sad! Meanwhile the other cashier was ābusyā chit chatting and had a full on conversation with another customer, making it hogg the line. I suggest, GET MORE EMPLOYEES.
Pretty good place to shop. Gotta get there early though. Their selection when it comes to menās fashion, runs dry real quick. Most of the staff is professional. And they do a good job keeping the store clean.
Found what I needed quickly. Clerk at check out took my cash, then was returning change ($78.00 +) in one big pile in my hand.. I asked her to count it out to meā¦ she didnāt know how. I explained how to do it and demonstrated to herā¦. she stated..ā we donāt do that!ā
I explained that she should especially with alot of bills and changeā¦. her customers would appreciate itā¦I know I doā¦.
