It seems that the physician is approaching retirement, as the passion appears to be dwindling. The front desk lacks customer service, and simple requests for hygiene practices, such as hand sanitization and wearing gloves, are met with resistance. For instance, when I asked a nurse to wear gloves during a test/prick procedure, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no visible signs of a new needle.
example: i was about to have a test/prick & i asked her to wear gloves. her response:
“i’ve been doing this for 12 years! we’ll let me go to a room that has gloves! alright get up & come with me to the new room”
I pray she used a clean needle and did not pick out one from the bio- hazardous container.
The office is dirty & could benefit from a thorough cleaning, as it currently appears unkempt. Perhaps it’s time to seek a different internist.
I have been seeing Dr Saeed for years. Brandy always sends me reminders. Morgan and Nicole get me through the basics fast. Christy gave me 2 pain free shots. Kim keeps the money straight and helps me save where possible.
I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Saeed is very thorough and attentive. Excellent care. Staff is friendly and helpful.
If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and shows compassion this isn’t the place. I would not recommend this Doctor and he barely checks you out when you come in for a visit. I gave this doctor a second chance and he failed big time! No one deserves bad customer service when you go into a doctor’s office. I will not conform because there’s a lack of Doctor’s in this city. I’m taking my insurance and money else where. This establishment is also not so clean and kept up to date.
My experience here in the office is amazing, the staff is always caring & make me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone & that’s why all my family goes here!!!!
