  1. The cook can’t even prepare a cheeseburger the correct way. The cheese should go between the burger patty and the pastrami, not the lettuce and patty. The cheese is not melted and you ruined one of my fav burgers. I had to microwave so that the cheese is melted. They didnt even put extra sauce like I asked twice. I think your breakfasts are your best menu items. I will stick to that from now on.

  2. I decided to finally post after getting confused with he fact that there isn’t a country fried steak option. They explained that they had chicken fried steak. The country plate option just comes with bacon, sausage, and egg. I was digging under the load of hash and gravey looking for steak. They don’t have steak and don’t know why they call the fried chicken steak… which is beef confusing, $73 later. Happy father’s day! Lol

  3. I usually enjoy eating here but have been disappointed lately. The patty and bacon in the burgers taste very old and rubbery. We also avoid dining in due to the oppressive heat and humidity inside, which seems poorly ventilated. Customers and employees should not have to endure such unbearable conditions, especially in Cal City’s 100-degree summers.

Unfortunately, the management at Primos doesn’t seem to be making any improvements to address these issues. Customers and employees deserve better.
