Visiting family in the area and went grocery shopping here. Shocked with how large and clean it is! Aisles are wide and very well stocked. Smelled fried chicken probably 5 aisles away and couldn’t stop myself from purchasing. I normally do not write reviews but this chicken was so good I have to tell everyone. BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER. So crunchy. So juicy. 100000/10. Buy the ready made chicken!!!!
I shop Piggly Wiggly when I want some things specific!! For instance, I like frying THIN CUT pork chops v 1/4 inch and thicker cuts. I get plenty of my snack treats from here. There’re good deals on “5 items for low special deals.”..When I shop here, I’m up and down every isle.
AND THEIR MOBILE CARTS ARE ALWAYS FULLY CHARGED!!@
Wow, someone complained about nobody helping her with loading the water she had purchased.. I don’t work here or anything but the Pig has always had associates help with this and I’m sorry you weren’t helped. And you should report the ones that didn’t help. They have video and I’m sorry if they lose jobs over it but if you’re getting paid to do the job then you should do it. Besides, what happened to common courtesy?! Nobody has respect now a days. God Help the next Generation 😞💔🙄
1st visit today and I like it here. We went to buy their ready made fried chicken (8pcs for $4.99) which tastes better than popeyes (in my opinion). We also bought the Hickory Smoked Boston Butt ($19.98) really good too. We bought some JJ Pies ($.59) it’s too sweet for my palate.. but it’s okay, surely kids will like it. This market has meats, veggies, snacks etc.. I would say prices is okay but besides the tax, they put like an additional charge for something. It was indicated in the receipt.. that’s the only thing that I didn’t understand the purpose. We’ll visit again for sure. I really enjoyed the fried chicken and the NOT CROWDED ambiance here.
I truly love the piggy wiggly! It is one of my favorite stores to go to! The people that work there are really nice and helpful. The pharmacy has very nice and helpful people. I like them all! Plus, they have a lady who cooks the fried chicken so good, you want to slap her when you see her! It tastes sooo good!
