I had my first appointment here today. I have a decent amount of medical history to go through. I usually have severe anxiety in doctor office settings due to past negative experiences. I felt listened to, respected, and never felt rushed. I felt that the provider truly cared and made sure I felt comfortable. So far I would definitely recommend this practice.
I only gave 2 stars because I love Dr. Grelle & I hate that she’s leaving but the front desk and communication at this office is terrible. I have been calling for weeks now to discuss an issue with my insurance and either I don’t get an answer at all or I’m put in hold for a ridiculous amount of time to the point where I have to hang up because I have to get back to work. I’ve even sent a message on the messaging platform and never got a response. It seems as if they need more front desk staff for the volume of patients that they have because clearly what they have right now is not sufficient.
Very friendly staff. Julie Anna is possibly the sweetest and most caring doctor I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very patient and understanding no matter what you are there for. She also doesn’t make you feel dumb and will find a way to breakdown any explanation to a level where you can understand.
The doctors are nice people but the caring for your health seemed rushed. I called and left messages and all twice and no one even called back. The front desk receptionist when you are coming into the office needs to be replaced for good positive vibes.
