Well after a bumpy start on a very difficult diagnosis the guys at Adept lived up to their word and fixed the AC problem on our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe.
This turned out to be an intermittent problem taking a few trips to diagnose properly. I was very impressed that they insisted we bring it back until they got it right. No extra charge for that by the way!
These guys are stand up and I was comfortable with them dealing with my wife when I was unable to be there.
If there were 10 stars that’s how I would rate them. I will definitely use them again.
We have a 2007 car with 178,000 miles. We are confident in the knowledge and ability of the Adept Auto Repair team. They’ve been valuable in helping us make important decisions concerning our vehicle. We strongly recommend them.
I have a 2011 truck. It has given me no problem until recently regarding the brakes. I took it to Adept after taking it to another repair place months ago. The other place didn’t find the reason for my spongy brakes but offered an alternative to “guess a repair” at $1500. After taking it to Adept they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was less than half of the quote from the other repair place and the brakes work just like new. Not only did they repair the brake problem but installed new tires at my request at a competitive price. I work in a service oriented company and Adept knows customer service. They stay in touch with the customer and even stayed over on a Friday evening to make sure my repair was done correctly. From the repair crew to the desk to the foreman, these guys are making sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future service. My hat is off to Adept Auto Repair. They know how to provide service and care for their customers unlike any other.
Adept was great to work with! I had a blown head gasket that was under warranty. Most mechanics will not work with warranty companies, but Adept was willing to. Working with the warranty company slowed things down by 2 weeks, but Adept kept me updated and when the money was finally approved, they had my jeep done in a couple of days.
Went in for an oil change. Friendly staff and well organized don’t let the small size of the shop fool you. This was my first time visiting but I will return. The price is very reasonable and yes it is a full oil change filter included. I also appreciated the advice that gave me about my car and the information they gave me about some reliable vehicles as we are looking for a new truck.
