1. Beautifful place.. for the most part staff is super nice.. place is very spacious. Big variety of slots but machines are so tight. No free play either for first time visits. Food was excellent and well priced.

2. Overall toom was clean but the carpet in the rooms and hallway look dirty and stained. I had issue with a horrible smell in my room. The smell seemed to come through vent. I looked outside and a large dumpster was outside. I shared this feedback with hotel staff but they did not seem concerned. I went to BB Kings to order some breakfast in the morning and the staff taking my order was not friendly. I’ve stayed here before and had better experience. It seems the customer service is not as good.

3. Dust was everywhere.

   I turned my air conditioner down at night and woke up hot. I opened the closet in the morning and it was cold in there. I found the air conditioning vent was located in the closet and not in the open room where you think it would be. I’m guessing my room was one that was recently remodeled on the fifth floor but they might want to check the renovation plans unless it was intended for the closet to be cold and not the room.

4. Go pretty often my phone and wallet got stole in the casino security did find the guy well the police did the next day. The thing is they offered no kind of help keep in mind all my cards were cancelled and I’m 2 hours from home and they still didnt offer to help me. I figured they would have offered at least some free play or night stay but I got no help it all . They need to really do some work in this area because I’m sure it happens often. I really could not believe they did nothing .

5. Overall I feel this casino is good. The slots is a good mixture of new and old.

   This is a non-smoking casino but for those who do smoke, there is a smoking room with slots. The downside is that it’s pretty small so it gets pretty crowded on there. There’s a lot more smokers than non smokers so they should seriously consider making this area bigger or create another smoking section.

   Restaurants and Cafe is alright. I’m surprised they don’t have any Asian food offerings. I’ve been to many many casinos across this country and 95% offer some Asian food. Please consider adding Asian to your menu.

   My main issue with this chain of casino is the loyalty membership. The tier structure is so bad. You would have to spend thousands to be upgraded to the next level.

   I do like that they give out gifts.

   Also don’t expect comp rooms. When when it says comp, they will tell you it’s but and that it’s sold out.

   Been going for a few years now even though it’s an hour and half drive.
