  1. This is the worst apartment complex ever. There is no security at all—my car has been broken into for the second time in six months. Property management offers no assistance whatsoever.
However, if you park your car incorrectly for just 10 minutes, they ensure it gets towed immediately. Despite being a gated community, it is far less secure than the worst neighborhoods.

  2. This place is slowly becoming ghetto day by day. Mailboxes are constantly being broken into and now car break ins ? the gate is broken every other week now but since It’s now under new management the gate hasn’t been fixed for about a month causing people who don’t live here to come in and destroy property and cars. At that point add spikes or something to prevent the gate from breaking. To top it off the parking situation is outrageous. Paying so much money to not even be able to park my car anywhere which is ridiculous. The last manager, Megan was on top of everything.

  3. The security and maintainance is ZERO of this new management.rents are increasing sevices decresing.

Main gate is 24 hrs open almost month passed, anyone come inside and breaking car glasses, stealing stuff from car.its not just once, two times my car glass broken and i complaint to office, they said sorry to hear that….
today someone park his car in my spce.At night 11pm no one is there to help you for find that who’s car is there.no emergency helpline is available for residents. There is no towing company contact number written at all.

  4. These apartments are way too expensive for how the apartment looks. The deposit is $1100. Who has that kind of money nowadays. Also starting June 1 the rent is gonna be raised another $139. I am already paying $1640 for a three bedroom.

  5. Update: The gym is no longer 24 hours because someone broke the rules. It now closes at 5 pm.

Since we got a new manager, many changes have taken place, and the quality of our apartment complex seems to be deteriorating. First, the hot tub was removed without notice. Then, the car wash was taken away and the area was painted red. Next, the basketball court was converted into a parking lot. With the COVID-19 situation, it feels like they have stripped away many amenities and restricted residents from using common areas. The grass is turning yellow, and it’s disappointing to see this once beautiful place decline.

The most frustrating part is that when someone breaks the rules, all residents suffer the consequences. For example, the pool was recently closed because someone violated the rules. I don’t understand why I have to face the consequences when I didn’t break any rules. Why not have security address the individuals responsible instead of punishing all residents? It doesn’t make sense to penalize everyone.

I hope the manager can address these issues, as I’m sure many residents are unhappy with the current state of the complex.
