Melody at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. She ensured that my visit was excellent from beginning to end. I really enjoyed her commitment to delivering great service.
Jasper & Reggie made sure that I enjoyed every meal. They listened to what I enjoyed eating and let me know when they were serving it. Their service was fantastic and needs to be celebrated. They both made sure that I kept a smile on my face.
Overall, I would stay here again upon my return to Montgomery!
This was our first time staying in this hotel. It was horrible from start to finish. We booked a Jr. Suite that turned into a two room suite. This room had a king size bed in one room and a dirty sofa (not a sofa bed) in the other room. We had our granddaughter with us and had to go out a purchase an air mattress. The general manager was an absolute JERK!! He had the audacity to say he could give us a deal on another room!!! We paid for a junior suite or 2 room suite that said it sleeps 4 based on the website!!! Really, was my granddaughter and niece suppose to sleep in the bed with us? He was the rudeness general manager I have EVER encountered!! The smell was horrible in our room if the AC was not left on. The floor was filthy and sticky with who knows what? I really would like to speak to someone with Hilton but not “Mo” the general manager. He wouldn’t give me a business card!! I could write a book about my terrible experience. We checked out yesterday. Our bill was and still is incorrect. I would not recommend this Hotel to NO ONE!! Please beware of this hotel ESPECIALLY the general manager. I’m trying to reach someone from Hilton. Any idea how I can speak to someone from the Hilton Team? If I could give this hotel a ZERO…I would!!

Don’t waste your money. The GM is rude and not helpful at all. I called them directly and booked the rooms. I ask specifically for the exact amount of the total due, the lady gave me the complete total. When we got there the young man at the front desk was running back and forth to the office with my debit card and license because their system was down. I had to ask for cookies which seem to irritate him. He handed me a few but not enough for our party. One room we checked into had no towels at all. We went to front desk and they didn’t have any. After 2 phone calls to housekeeping they finally brought towels to us. Most of the lamps and plug ins didn’t work. The furniture was old and the rooms had broken furniture. Then THEY OVERCHARGED our card by $100!! When I asked at the front desk she said I would have to call the manager on Monday. I called him and he was very rude. He said this happens a lot but it wasn’t their fault because the lady that did the reservation didn’t tell me there could be added fees. Again I clearly asked for a complete total when I hooked the rooms and she emailed all thr information. He would not make it right. We will not stay there again. Be careful when you book with them!
I had to change my location, but the two ladies at the front were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. The rooms could use an upgrade and for what you pay a fridge and microwave would be nice. Thanks to the friendly staff
If I could I would give the room a BIG ZERO! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The sofa was out of 1960’s and it looked like it, I was afraid to pull it out and use as a sofa bed, it had absolutely no fluff in the cushions or pillows! One of the kitchen lights was out! The curtains were torn and the windows 🪟 were nasty. We were in a suite that was supposed to sleep 😴 4, but only had 2 sets of towels! The tv 📺 didn’t work because the remote needed batteries, the outlets were out of the walls! We tried to get dinner 🍽 from downstairs and half the menu was unavailable. We have no idea about breakfast, thank God Chick-fil-A was across the street! I could write ✍️ more, but there would be no ending, just know this would not be a good choice!
