  1. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left, I dealt with staff that were outstanding. All were upbeat, smiling, enjoyed themselves and it made my experience better. The breakfast was the best breakfast out any Hilton property Iā€™ve stayed at. The chef was so kind to explain to my wife what he can make for her. Room was clean, bathrooms spotless. The entire hotel had a neat and clean appearance. 5 stars and a bag of chips.

  2. Stayed here last week on Alabamaā€™s first game. We checked in around 2:30. Then went to the game. It rained and then quit. Plus itā€™s hot. Couldnā€™t wait to get back to the hotel for us to take a shower. Couldnā€™t. No hot water throughout the entire hotel. The hot water was out at 2:00 according to other guests. They couldā€™ve informed us when we checked in. Front desk kept saying we will take down your name and number and get back with you. The next morning still no hot water. Iā€™ve left messages with the front desk for the manager to call twice this week. They keep saying heā€™s busy or he will contact you eventually. The rooms are dark. Very little light. Surrounding area not so great.

  3. Stayed 1 night and couldnā€™t complain. Newly renovated rooms! Coffee maker, fridge and microwave all in your own room! Breakfast is pretty decent. Bar had great prices as well! Aubrey at the front desk was very helpful at check in.

  4. We stayed for one night traveling back home to Texas & we have no complaints at all!
We were blessed enough to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms & they even gave us a complimentary basket. There was a fridge, microwave, kurig, steamer, hair dryer in our room & toiletries in our restroom (including lotion & makeup remover wipes). It was SO clean, if you donā€™t mind construction supplies in the hallways for the amazing work theyā€™re doing on the building & rooms, itā€™s a great stay.
The staff was genuinely so respectful & kind, nothing but sweet ladies at the front desk & working the breakfast bar.
They have an area in the lobby for kiddos, with crayons & a tic tac toe game, which was great for us because our family has curious toddlers so that occupied them well. The staff was also kind to our wondering & talkative kids which is a rarity in this generation of people.
Breakfast was delicious, but it was a $10/per up charge, to us it was worth all they had to offer. Lots of cold & hot breakfast options, several juices, coffees, and water. They had no problem letting us take some extras to go for our drive back.
We loved it here, if we ever find ourselves back we will definitely be staying again.

  5. Great hotel. Clean. Friendly. We have a service dog, and they didnā€™t blink when we checked in. Love the use of the outdoor space. Lobby is modern and has all the typical amenities of a better quality business hotel. Would happily stay here again.
