1. I’ve lived here over eight years now and don’t have any major issues remaining.

   Pros
   * Walking distance to Caltrain
   * Newly renovated swimming pool area
   * Across the road from Target and nearby San Antonio Shopping (including Walmart, Safeway, restaurants, etc.)
   * Gated walking and driving entrances
   * Covered parking
   * Maintenance guy is quick and friendly
   * Finally able to pay rent online via a bank account (must be setup before the 1st of the month)

   Cons
   * Can’t do a one-time or late online payment
   * Resident manager makes things harder than necessary
   * No hot tub with the pool

   For a while there were issues with laundry machines being broken in various ways but I haven’t had a problem since new machines were installed in 2016 (in both laundry rooms). Some other reviews complain about the noise but I don’t find it a big problem being on the top floor away from the road. In a large apartment complex there is always going to be some noise but I even have my windows open whenever it’s not cold and it rarely bothers me.

We Have lived here since 2010 In 2015,there was water flooding from the next door apartment and the water seeped into our apartment soaking the carpet, we were promised the carpet would be cleaned and three years later we are still waiting. When we first moved the hallway and stairs were cleaned regularly not anymore now. Our heating system has not been working for over a month now it’s been fixed four times works for about three days then it breaks down.With this cold weather is this really fair? Tried to address concerns to the manager but she got defensive and dismissive with me saying that we need to be patient is over a month not patient enough?

3. I’ve lived here just a couple of years now and my husband has lived here for about four or five years.
   I’m not sure what exactly is going on, but they are the hardest people to reach.
   You get notices that your rent is late or unexplained added fees, but when you call the number either no one ever answers or the “answering service” says they’ll leave a message to which you still never get a call back. I’m positive that I’m on the verge of being evicted or getting locked out of our apartment (the notice states that “a lockout may take place in order to force communication”) and there’s NO way I’m able to call the landlord to talk about anything.
   I once called 18 times in a period of six hours (yes EIGHTEEN) and while the phone was still ringing, I drove to the office and the owner/maintanence man was sitting in the office. WHY CAN’T THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEBRUARY.

4. Trying to talk to them about leasing an apartment for 4 straight days. Either the call does not connect or if it does the lady who picks up the call asks to either call back later or that she will call back, but she never does.

5. Great space and location. Very conveniently located. Nice balconies.
