  1. Worst experience,I purchased 1 split AC of Godrej from them,they send a person for installation he broked copper pipe of AC,now he is is not responding, becoz of them I have to purchase
    . whole cable of 2400 rs. Then i installed form my society person he installed properly.

    Please don’t buy anything from this shop, they send there local person for installation and say that they are from company godrej.

    Products they deliver are used ones.

  2. Purchased 1 ton Mitsubishi AC from Value Plus Ankur Electricals. The installation guy says the original copper wire has been replaced with Chinese product. The original comes all packed with insulation cover. The installation is still under progress as I write the review.

  3. Please DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this shop.

    I have purchased a Samsung Microwave from them on 28 JAN. And I went out of station so the engineer arrived on 23 Feb for demo/installation. And now when the box got opened today, to my surprise they have delivered a product that is either used or from display piece. From photos you can see yourself that it is dirty, scratched, lamination is not there, fingerprints are there, sticker seems to be removed, the above surface seemed someone has wiped from clothing. Now when I ask for replacement or return they are saying it’s been 20+ days and we cannot do anything.
    We purchase a product from store hoping we will get a fresh/new product for our home but it’s disappointing and our biggest fault to purchase from this shop.

  4. Very bad behavior by them I don’t know they are doing business or what I have purchased many items with them but nowadays I don’t know what they think of themselves I think we should prefer brands like croma or reliance digital now
    Really ridiculous behavior

  5. Ankur Electrical Value Plus is a fraud company & worst place to buy any electrical items. I purchased a Samsung semi-automatic washing machine from them on 30/10/21, along with a 2+2 year extended warranty. This warranty included 2 years of Samsung warranty and an additional 2 years of third-party onsitego company warranty, for which I paid an extra INR 974.

    However, after the initial 2 years under Samsung warranty passed, I contacted the onsite go customer care on 27th March 2024 to claim my extended warranty. Shockingly, they informed me that I didn’t have any warranty coverage. I promptly provided them with the invoice via email, clearly showing that I had paid for the 2-year extended warranty. Despite this, after 15 days, I have not received any updates or resolution.

    Upon further inquiry with an onsite employee, I discovered that Ankur Electrical had taken the money for the extended warranty but failed to register it, a practice they have apparently done with other customers as well.

    So i will suggest to all people not buy any product from the Value Plus Ankur electrical & also Don’t by any third part Warranty from Onsitego company
