1. Never in all the time I’ve ever visited this location have I ever been profiled by the employees. I’ve always visited with my sister wearing nicer-looking clothing, and this was the first time going to this location in leggings and a t-shirt. My siblings and I were being followed and watched by all 5-7 employees in the store. We felt extremely uncomfortable. We just came back from Fresno State walking around the entire campus to look for classes, so of course, we were dressed somewhat in gym gear. We forgot our wallet in the car, and told my brother to go get it. My sister asked for a bag to shop around some more, and even after asking if she could leave her items up-front to take some ease off of the employees’ thinking we’re planning to steal or whatever they thought; it didn’t do any good. Both cashiers just made a face to each other and gave my sister a bag instead. After this, they called 2 security guards, and employees continued to follow us in the store. As we were walking out, one security guard basically “escorted” us out and the alarm went off. They grabbed the bag from my sister with her wallet inside, and she said “I need to get my wallet from there.” They let her get it, but hurried away from her with her bag of purchased items. After “checking” what happened, they gave her back the bag and said it must have been a sensor problem. There was no need to actually take the bag away, as the cashier took off all the sensors from the clothing, and we were watched VERY closely while walking out. Anyways, this could have been profiling due to the clothes we were wearing, or the fact we are minorities, or both. My sister was the only one shopping; my brother and I were killing time looking around at clothes we could buy for ourselves or our other family members. After this experience, I’m never returning to this place. This isn’t a friendly, safe, comfortable store. I have never felt like this, not even in higher-end stores. Shame on you, Old Navy Riverpark, Fresno, CA.

2. Giving three stars because I did easily find the size that I needed. The issue is that the dressing rooms were absolutely filthy. The even bigger issue is my experience at the register. The associate was extremely deceptive. She told me to enter my information for a rewards LOOK UP. I asked her multiple times if this was signing me up for the rewards and she said “no I’m just searching to see if you have one” she ended up signing me up for the rewards program that I was not interested in. It was a very unsettling experience. Up until the point where the screen said “ you have been enrolled” she continue to make it seem as if she was grabbing information to pull my rewards up. I have not made a purchase from Old Navy since before Covid and after that experience, I am not planning on coming back.

3. It was very busy which I knew because it’s back to school. I ordered for pickup stood there for 5 mins and no one said anything. The lady next to me never looked up. I had to go thru the line and KAELYN was soooo nice! She felt bad for what happened. Brianna did help the white lady that was standing there which idk what that was all about. Thank you Kaelyn for just being helpful

4. Nice place , Has a lot of items on sale that you can get at a very good price every time a season ends ! Staff is friendly . A lot to choose from , Their winter jackets are cheap during winter sale !

5. Staff was nice and helpful. my online order was ready upon arrival, but it was so many great things to see in store, I shopped around more….
