Picked up a prius at 217k miles at an okay price. Drives good, A/C worked, no trouble codes, and the interior was good. Has been running reliably for 4k miles so far.
After I was cranking the A/C and the weather got above 80F I got a P0A93 trouble code. Turns out all I needed to do was change an electric coolant pump and baby it temporarily.
It seems that the dealer might have only had this vehicle over the winter, so I don’t blame them for not catching this one. Easy enough fix, and I signed the paperwork stating any potential problems on my high mileage vehicle are for me to deal with.
Tires also needed to be changed ASAP and I didn’t notice. Make sure you pick a manufacturer that engineers cars well, and to check all the normal maintenance items.
Still happy with my car’s condition other than the expected maintenance item. Cars for you ¯_(ツ)_/¯
DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Check engine light came on 3 days after buying. Took it back George said he fixed it came back on. Went back George was super unprofessional cussed at us and didn’t want to fix. George is a scammer!!!
I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 here LAST month! And the engine light and head gasket blew within 20 days!!! I’ve been trying to contact George multiple times but he will not call me back!!! They sold me on the car that it would be good for my twin babies!!!!!
For buying a car with no warranty. I had a few minor issues along the way but George and his team really were nice enough to help out. I honestly wouldn’t mind doing more business in the future. Know what your buying. Take care of your investment along the way and it will last.
Please DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM, the very next day, the car over heated and left me stranded, I called them to see what I could do and all I got was the runaround,, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST GEORGE AND SAM THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! I PAID 6,500 AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME, they are running a scam here!!! I wish I would have read the reviews they are all true, they sell lemons and I dont understand how they sleep at night,, George is an ugly person who said if I needed anything anything at all come to him, he played such a great caring guy role, he is evil, how can he just take a hard working mothers money😭 can anyone tell me how I can go around and try to get my money back I haven’t even owned it 24 hrs and it won’t start,, how is this even legal???? Zero stars!!!
