Hello I just wanted to write a review and I just got to say the gentleman who helped was very kind and professional we came in because of some issues on our side but as soon as we got here the gentleman helped us and got us out of here quickly. The gentleman name was Fernando thank you again for the help.
Their customer service is terrible at least on the phone I think it’s better in person. If you try to reach them on the phone their phone system will just send you in circles then when you finally do get ahold of somebody they will transfer you to somebody else and put you back in the phone system starting from beginning again it’s ridiculous and very frustrating.
I left the place with a very good and excellent impression with Mr. Fernando, not only with my attention, I had the opportunity to see the attention given to other clients and the truth is very professional and attentive, I don’t give him 5 Stars, I give him 6 Stars
