Staff were very helpful in this location. The only issue here is parking inside and getting out to Almaden. Takes forever due to the one way in and one way out just to Almaden.
Poor experience when having them work with ongoing phone deals.
The Pixel 9 series that just launched has a $1099 trade in value for the S23 Ultra through 8/28. This shows up on the Pixel 9 phone in-store as well and is validated by multiple people doing the same deal across the country as per a popular deals site.
However, they conveniently refused to even accept that any phone gets this value stating the printed trade in prices which are valid for orders not placed in store.
Not the first time having them meander their own systems to leave the consumer at a loss when having to work with phone deals.
Poor experience overall and definitely wonโt recommend to go here if youโre wanting to buy a phone!

I was charged again the day my order was ready for pick up. I asked the employee Angel to speak to a a manager to get some clarity or reassurance itโs common practice to charge twice, or maybe reimburse after I picked it up.
Angel asked over the radio for a MOD for me to speak to but the manager had more important things to do because all they said to Angel was to give me headquarters phone number.
So here I am charged $2,200 twice without any answers because a manager didnโt have 5 minutes to speak to me. Itโs unfortunate
The managers name was โ VU โ
Horrible customer service and I would recommend he be re trained to answer basic questions .

He is very knowledgeable, has over 20 years of experience with Best Buy, is friendly, and provided us superior customer service! You truly find out about a company and their policies when you encounter a problem. Lee and his manager went out of their way to provide a solution for us which is VERY hard to find these day! I highly recommend Lee and this Best But location!
Curbside pickup was extremely easy to find and well labeled. People come out fast with orders. Staff inside is friendly too.
