1. So the hours say 8 am to 5 pm online.

   Get here in person yesterday and it’s taped over the glass that it’s closed at 4 pm.

   Come first thing in the morning and there is a sign saying it’s closed until 8 30 PM.

   What kind of mental gymnastics is going on so these folks don’t have to perform actual customer service at this location?

   Is the location even operating?

2. Hope you like waiting on the phone for over a hour for a representative to finally pick up a phone.

3. These people never answer the phone.They will not answer the phone if they are with a customer,that’s understandable if I’m gonna spend that kind of money I should get your attention. Just go there.They are very helpful.they have many options for you to choose from.They even have clearance sales and some of there locations have scratched/dented items at drastically reduced prices.
