  1. I had an exceptional stay at BEI, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. However, what truly set this visit apart was the incredible service provided by the manager, Steven. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect in every way. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to accommodate any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend BEI for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Steven, for making my stay unforgettable!

  2. Much was left to desire with this property. Being a Wyndham my expectations were higher than they should have been. The lobby is very modern and smelled amazing, but then there is the rest of the property. The first room we were given had food spilled all over the floor with large chucks of food still remaining under a chair and close the edge of the bed where they didn’t bother to vacuum or it wouldn’t reach. We were moved to another room, this room too had very stained carpet. The mini fridge looks like it was used for target practice. The walls are dirty, can barely see out the window. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a city view, we absolutely did. The city view was less than impressive. The other side of the property had a great view above floor 10, we clearly did not get the “city view” not all elevators are fictional, and the restaurant is currently “shut down” none of which they mention until after you check in and ask. Room was for my family of four. Had to ask for more towels-only 2 in the room. Sheets had holes in them and were stained. It was fine for one night being we were out exploring most of the time, but I would not stay here again under these pretenses.

  3. The pictures online make this hotel look way nicer than it actually is. My room had two big stains on the carpet and there were stains on the walls and on the ceiling in the bathroom. And like other reviewers pointed out, there is no type of decor in the rooms. It’s just a bed with a table, chair, and a TV….very basic. I was also expecting there to be a full length mirror on the closet door. Most hotels I’ve stayed at recently have full length mirrors on the closet doors. Lastly, they hold $100/night on your card for accidentals. This is not standard. The only positive is they have a CVS vending machine in the lobby for you to purchase items you may have forgotten or ran out of. This was convenient. But overall, this hotel was a pretty big let down and I wouldn’t stay here again.

  4. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this hotel. While trying to book my room through a third party service I had a few difficulties (faults of the third party service only) which were swiftly handled by this hotel’s amazing support staff. The front desk staff and others went above and beyond to make sure that all affairs were sorted out and that my satisfaction as the customer was prioritized. Special shout-out to Luis Flores, Director of Front Office who personally provided me excellent service to ensure that my experience with this hotel was top notch. Five stars, highly recommend 🙂

  5. I booked at BEI this past week for business Aug 24-28th. I wasn’t there much but I didn’t have any complaints at all. I love the balcony area very nice, my room was clean upon arrival and when I returned from my outings. It wasn’t noisy at night while I slept. Everyone was nice and this is a decent hotel to book.
