UPDATE: this problem is worse than ever. Cars waiting to charge block the entire parking garage and cause accidents. Don’t come here.
ATTN RALPHS MANAGEMENT – Do something about all the people who come to charge their cars and block the way into the lower parking garage. They don’t shop, they just pile up their cars waiting for the chargers and stand around (see pic).
It’s so frustrating and makes me want to stop shopping here after many years. It’s a NIGHTMARE. They literally block the way with their cars or stand in the way.
Move the chargers to the back corner of the garage where no one parks. Or remove them. Or have 24/7 security or traffic cop to force them not to block the way.
Store located on second floor with 2 levels underground free parking. Both escalators and elevators from parking . Very large Ralph’s. I’ve found it has a bigger selection than most Ralph’s. Has full Kosher section plus a deli and Starbucks. They have better than average meat section including aged Prime beef. They have a full pharmacy. Good cheese section too.
RATS! The store is infested with RATS! As I walked by the meat section I saw 1 Medium size RAT going from underneath one aisle to the next one – by the salad dressings! (Back of the store) Allegedly, they are aware of the issue and have called the exterminator twice! But as I saw today, they haven’t resolved it. They blame the “night crew” for leaving the doors open and the recent change of the store’s layout.
The health department should immediately investigate before someone gets sick!
I recommend everyone to always clean your produce and items! RAT Urine can potentially kill you!
The price gouging at this store is ridiculous. Over $8 for old spice stick of deodorant? When an ENTIRE meal is $5 from the same store lol tired and worn down by the corporate greed. Do better! T
This place is so awesome here, I visit one of the employees, Ben, that works in the bakery. I visit him on his breaks. The cookies are amazing when I eat them.
