The level of hospitality at this hotel was unmatched! Hazel at the front desk was very helpful and kind and made us feel at home as we celebrated our brief mini-moon stop in San Francisco. The rooms were spacious and had great views of downtown SF and the comfortable bed was to die for. We had utilized room service a few times and the food was great as well as prompt service from the staff. We’ve been to quite a few four seasons and this one really takes the cake for service!
This Four Seasons on Market Street is a beautiful hotel located near Union Square in San Francisco. The front desk was outstanding at check-in. We had some last-minute changes to our itinerary, and they were great about accommodating us.
We stayed in an executive suite, which was very comfortable and beautifully done. The lobby is small but very nice and comfortable as well. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Francisco.
This genuinely is a 5 star hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We were able to get an early check in without even requesting one. The room was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons and the bar is raised for any other 5 star from here on out. In fact, I think the Four Seasons should be given a 6th star. Their level of service detail overshadows anything you could possibly want to change, which there isn’t. I hope this team is showered in rewards each year, and quite frankly their rate is not overstated at all, as you get every penny’s worth of accommodations.
The breakfast was wonderful and our waiter Yuri gave exceptionally great service. Attached to Equinox gym was a big plus. We had really great massages there and it was easy to book and charge our room. Easy to Uber everywhere from here.
