1. We booked this hotel for a travel trip for sports because we were going to be in town for a few days. Every time I went to the front desk I felt like an inconvenience and was treated as such. They tried to charge double for the deposit when we first checked it but then changed it when I said something. We originally booked with credit card points and when they went to refund it they refunded the wrong card. When I called about it the lady over the phone was rude with me any time I asked a question. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

2. I prefer this Studios not for family’s because Room’s are really bad here small black Bugs in-the room and it’s smells so bad here I feel like because of the kitchen or they don’t clean Good Good like how supposed to be

3. Suburban extended stay hote is a very pleasant place to stay, The staff is wonderful, they are helpful and friendly, I especially would like to thank the Manager Kam and staff member Carla for their outstanding customer service, I truly appreciate all that they did to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
   The rooms are great, you feel more like you’re in your own apartment with a kitchen, complete with a stove, refrig., microwave, & a dishwasher. They provide some things to get you started, depending on the length of your stay, i.e. 2 rolls of toilet paper, small bottle of dish detergent, 2 pkg of dishwasher detergent,, enough bathroom hand & bath towels and face clothes. And if you need to do laundry, there’s a great laundry room on the permises.

4. The room’s suck the workers have attitude and very rude.
   No breakfast.
   The queen size beds are full size

5. Great place to stay with amazing staff that are all around good people. The rooms are like home or almost.
   I recommend it here nothing negative to say at all
