1. Highly disappointed in the PAS this go around ! We have stayed here just about every year for the past 13 years ! Sadly this year the experience was horrible ! Friday we got in early but wanted to go ahead and check in to get our parking pass so we could hang out at the beach. The lady up front said they were actually cleaning our room and almost done! This was at 2:30. Not too long after that they call us and said they had to do an emergency cleaning. Had to shampoo the couch cushions and do some heavy duty cleaning to other things. Well finally around 6pm they said we could go in… well the head board was broke, couch cushions still wet, remains of someone’s puke on the balcony along with blood all over the chair and underneath the chair where it had dripped. The manager states she inspected everything and it was nice and clean for us. That was NOT the case! After seeing the blood in the chair it felt gross to stay there because I can only imagine what the couch cushions must have looked like!! They finally moved us to another condo which was a hassle and they acted like they did t want to help us at all! By the time we got checked in at the other condo it was 8pm! It was very poor customer service and management! They should have tried helping us out ! Im sure im missing more but.. all I have to say is they should have handled that situation better ! The manager was too ready to get off work instead of making sure we were taken care of… made the front desk lady have to deal with it on her own …

2. This place is nice and fulfilled our lodging needs. It is clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin though and it is hard to get sleep here sometimes. The location is great and it is close to many great restaurants and shops. The rooms could be updated.

3. Zariah at the front desk was so super friendly. When we arrived we found out that our room had not been booked, but she did everything she could to help us. She ensure that we had our money back and that we found a place to stay. We couldn’t ask for a better person to help us in such a crisis. Thank you so much and maybe next year we will get to stay here at the Phoenix.

4. Great location, park your car and you will have almost everything in walking distance. The only thing that I didn’t like was the rooms, I don’t know if all of them are the same, but they need a renovation. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. But I would definitely recommend it.

5. Absolutely love this place. My family comes every year. The balcony over looks the beach. The rooms are fully stocked and immaculate
