I recently had my Tacoma painted at the California Auto Body Shop a family business. The staff and owners are great, pleasant and courteous people who make you feel a part of their family. I’m extremely happy with the work and the professionalism from all the staff: Did I mention I live in Idaho? You guys, the reviews don’t lie. This is a family owned business who treats you like family. I came in to get a quote while having (3) other quotes for comparison and they ended up being the most reasonable. I was also told by the other shops that it was impossible to repair the existing bumper but The California Auto Body Shop was able to get it repaired without any issues. It’s evident that they have integrity with their work because they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Julio, Zulma, and their team for taking care of me!
I brought my Tesla Model Y to JP. The whole experience was effortless. After initially contacting him, he followed up with a phone call explaining his background and experience with working with Tesla and Tesla insurance. I didn’t have anything to worry about, JP took care of everything. Great customer service and very professional. JP knew exactly how to fix my car and match my paint. Highly recommend him.
I’ve been to California Auto Body Shop twice now, both for unfortunate car accidents and fender benders. Both times the customer service has been unmatched and the quality is beyond excellent. You can tell JP has a passion for what he does and that really shines in the quality of his work. Very communicative as well and i’ll be sure to recommend and come back for any auto repairs in the future.
