We traveled 130 miles to come to this location for our 8 year anniversary. Our room had a bug in the bed and was spotted before we even unpacked. Not sure if it was a bedbug or not but I’m highly disappointed as so much money was wasted in executing this trip. We were fully refunded for the room but we lost out on so much more. We had to turn around and drive another 130 miles to go home because we were not gonna stay somewhere that wasn’t clean. Such a shame because I researched this hotel extensively and it was highly rated for cleanliness! The room was very nice but we didn’t get to utilize any of its amenities. Me and my husband are not pleased and our anniversary was ruined.
Lovely place to stay of you want a bit of privacy in Palm Springs. The resort has 5 pools and no reason to leave! If you want to have your own kitchen and cook meals in the desert, this is a great option. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but don’t forget spices and cooking oils like I did! Comfortable bed and great amenities, we especially loved the bath tub. Obviously a lot of families around, but it was still quiet. They even have a quiet pool! Great alternative to the boutique, adults-only options in town. It’s almost 30 mins away from Downtown Palm Springs, however, so if you want nearby nightlife this isn’t the spot for you. This was my second time and would definitely stay here again.
The is a very nice family-friendly resort. There are 3 pools that you can take kids to. There is a quiet pool also. They have bbqs. The rooms are very nice and clean with a kitchen area, washer and dryer. It is a home away from home.
We met up with family from different states. We didn’t pick, they did as it was their timeshare points. July 10 is too hot, but we managed to enjoy our visit. Hot hot hot. Hung out at the pool and stayed in air-conditioned rooms. Full kitchen. So we brought groceries and cooked. We had Connecting suites. 4 families. Taking turns cooking meals. It was nice.
Really wanted to like this resort but there are just too many niggles and faults.
It is a nicely set out resort. The pools look lovely.
The downside
The pools both appear and are dirty. Got in the quiet pool and the amount of dead bugs and leaves made me feel unclean.
Housekeeping. Promised a mid break clean and did not happen. Nothing about it being rescheduled.
