1. We absolutely loved working with Lydia to sell our Thousand Oaks home! We did extensive research on realtors that had success in selling homes in our area and Lydia’s experience stood out! She knew our area and the local amenities. Lydia made recommendations to help stage our home for sale, and we feel these recommendations allowed us to accept an above-price offer within a week of placing our home on the market. Lydia’s team is incredible! They were able to assist us with any questions we had. 2. I recommend the Lydia Gable Realty Group for your real estate needs. My wife and I selected Lydia Gable based upon the recommendation of a long-time friend and realtor that did a great job for us with the sale of our home in the South Bay when we moved to the east coast a decade ago.
   Lydia was highly engaged and focused during her interview providing practical advice on enhancements to get my father-in-law’s house ready for listing. Her designer, Sue, did an awesome job in the selection of about 20 items for the updating including bathroom cabinets, mirrors, faucets, lights, paint colors and more. Lydia’s network of licensed professionals was very helpful since I live 2,500 miles away. I utilized her electrical, plumbing and landscaping contractors – who were all highly responsive, price competitive and great to work with. Lydia’s office manager, Erin, did a great job in keeping me informed and ensuring everything progressed on schedule. The listing date of May 4, which we set two months earlier, was met with everything complete and looking great.
   I remained on the east coast throughout the updating, marketing, and closing date as I had continuing confidence in Lydia and her team’s oversight of the property and the process thru the sale date. I highly recommend the Lydia Gable Realty Group.

3. We are so incredibly thankful to have met Katie and can’t recommend her enough! When we decided to purchase a home we wanted to find a realtor who not only was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods that were best suited for our needs, but also someone we connected to who had our best interest at heart. That was definitely our experience with Katie. From start to finish she was not only professional she also made the home buying process enjoyable. 4. Our experience with Misty Larson has left us overwhelmed with gratitude.
   As a first-time buyer, I went into the home buying process very intimidated. I was concerned that I wouldn’t understand what I was paying for and worried that I would be overwhelmed with aggressive agents. After our first meeting with Misty, we knew we had found a great partner.

   Initially, we had come across some agents who were aggressive or condescending during our house hunting. Misty was a breath of fresh air, as she was patient, addressed any concerns we had and encouraged us at the right times.

   Misty took the time to ensure she knew the type of home we wanted to live in, the neighborhoods we were interested in and what our goals were. She researched great options, and was honest about any concerns she had during our viewings. She listened attentively and eventually found us exactly what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we desired, within our budget.

5. We’ve used many realtors throughout the years. We listed our last home in Westlake Village with Lydia Gable. The experience was wonderful. Lydia and her team helped with so many details, helping us prep the home for listing, dealing with our HOA requirements, and so many other things that there are way too many to list.
