We recently stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms were clean. The service was amazing. They accomodated us in every way! They are handicap friendly, close to restaurants/ bars and close to historical museums. They offered both paid and free parking. I really enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was kept very clean. The breakfast was great! I had to change my reservation and it was so easy and Ms. Smith was soooo helpful and so cheery! Grounds are well kept, pool was always an enjoyable temp. Plus a free happy hour a few days a week! Very close to Maxwell gate and a block away from all the restaurants. Perfect pick!
The ladies at the desk were so nice and helpful. The room was huge and clean with very comfy bed and cold ac. Walking distance to many restaurants and I had no problem using the hotel lot for close parking.
I frequent Staybridge hotels because I am active duty military and I have a large family. They are usually the hotel that pops up on my IHG app when I’m looking for a room to accommodate us.
We are traveling so we got in super late and the doors were locked. My reservation was for me and my husband and our 4 children. We get had been driving for over 8 hours and are just ready to get in the bed. Get to the room and there is no bedding for the pull out couch. We go downstairs and they tell us they gave their last one out….the whole reason I am staying here is because there are 6 of us, so I’m guess they are just supposed to sleep on this thin mattress with no bedding. I go back and tell them we need something to put on this bed even if it’s not the full set. The front desk concierge found us something to put on. We finally are able to fall asleep.
Next day, I’m out all day and come back to a roach on the sink. I am so disgusted. The shower is chipping all over. There is soap scum all on the walls and long hairs on the on the towels. I wanted to check out early, but from experience know I won’t get my money back. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all!
CLEAN, CLOSE & COST EFFECTIVE!!!
We travel a lot and it’s been a long time since I had a hotel, staff and breakfast be this great!!! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was HUGE and very clean!! The hot breakfast was absolutely delicious and a lot to choose from.
Highly recommend this hotel!
