1. I’ve been a resident at Arrive for 4 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the exceptional quality of the apartments and the fantastic amenities that make everyday living a pleasure.

   The facilities are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped, the pool is always clean, and the community events are a great way to meet neighbors and feel part of a close-knit community. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient.

   However, what truly sets this complex apart is the outstanding staff. The leasing office team is professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. I have to give a special shoutout to Chad, Briana, and Ashley. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all residents is truly commendable. They are always approachable and ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns, making the leasing process and ongoing living experience seamless and enjoyable. Not to mention the exceptional work that the security staff do to make the residence as safe and welcoming as possible.

   Sign that lease!!

2. 2 month update: We love it here! This place is a gem. Briana was amazing during the leasing process and super helpful. Chad, the manager is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is great! They are on top of stuff very quickly and they know their stuff. The amenities are nice, the pool is a good size, the gym is a good size with the essentials. The location is superb, right next to the 8 and 5, Morena, USD, Point Loma. In my opinion this is the best location in San Diego for central convenience to all the fun stuff. The restaurants in the complex and nearby are amazing! The residents have all been amazing, friendly and welcoming! Don’t hesitate to move here.

3. This has been the best place I have found in San Diego, by far!
   Location: great
   Office/Maintenance Staff: exceptional
   Renovations: top notch
   Amenities: so fun and kept really clean
   Community Events: often!
   Parking: accessible and have options
   Price: reasonable for SD, and a great deal for the size of space you get

   We really lucked out finding this place and are going to stay here as long as we can as long as prices stay reasonable.

   Also shoutout to Chad, the property manager here, any time we have come into the office he happily says hello and asks how he can help. Then is immediately able to assist us. I’ve never lived in a complex that had THIS good of property management – I am so impressed! Whatever they’re doing here, they’re doing it right. 10/10 would recommend living here.

4. Maintenance has been wonderful fixing any small issues with the apartment unit. Thank you to Jorge for his quick fix when I had an issue with my bathroom drawer 🙂

   Subtracting one star simply because we had no clue the location of the trolley station near the intersection would be sooo loud. We REALLY wish we were warned about this. We’ve been here two weeks and I still haven’t slept a solid night through (loud bells and horns all day and night). Hoping that our bodies will adjust soon/drown out the noise.

   Gym and pool are great, though!

5. Briana Balzamar, the leasing consultant, made all the difference in our decision to lease. Knowledgeable, patient, great professional!
   Jorge Perez from maintenance was also very efficient, fast and polite.
   What a great example of customer service. Your work matters more than you know and we as a family are so thankful!
