I am so grateful to Lori and The Grapevine Agency. This company works hard to connect individuals with the appropriate experience with principles in need of assistants. What I love is that they take the time to get to know and interview potential assistants so that you are placed with principles in which you will have the best opportunity for success with. I’ve been working with them for a few months and they have provided such invaluable service to me throughout my job search. Lori helped me totally revamp my resume so it would appear more eye catching and gave me constructive feedback that I took to put my best foot forward in potential job opportunities. I can say without hesitancy that this feedback completely opened doors to me that I wouldn’t have expected and for that, I am truly grateful. I’ve been working with the Grapevine Agency since October of 2021, and I didn’t get placed until March of 2022 with my current position. I was very patient when it came to finding the right job for me, but so was Lori, Rachel and Ariana. Every woman who worked with the Grapevine knew who I was, and frankly, they were very kind about how persistent I was about getting a job as a family assistant, but I was looking for the right family who was the right fit for me. And let me tell you, all of these ladies worked with me on numerous occasions and never once gave up on me. After meeting a couple of families that didn’t feel like the right fit for me. I did a Zoom meet with my current boss, which went very well. (Hence new boss). Later that week I went over and met the children and her husband. Let me tell you, this family is everything to me. I knew being patient and sticking with the Grapevine was the best choice because they never gave up on me and I finally got placed with the best family for me. I couldn’t be happier with where I stand today. Thank you to the ladies at the Grapevine!
I am so grateful to be working with Ariana. Ariana is a warmth lady with pleasant attitude. I detailed what I have being looking for in my next job and she listens. Unfortunately there was this one time she tried to placed me that many red flags arise and we ( me, my agent and MB) ignored, probably because I am on a desperate need of finding something, my agent was in a desperate position trying to help me and the mom-boss in desperately need to cover the open position. Unfortunately now the agency has decided to not respond to my messages and I guess they have decided to not continue helping me. Even with that I give this agency a 5 star due to their hard work, time set a part to try to help me and their effort to try to placed me. Thanks for everything The Grapevine Agency!
Lori is probably the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve encountered. I applied for a job posting on a separate website, and right off the bat Lori was rude. Didn’t even say two words to her. It seems that this has been an on-going issue with people looking for jobs through this agency as well.
