Was given a hard time trying to get some meat sliced for my event. Worker told us he’s done cutting meat for the day at 6pm. We asked if someone could be called over to the meet cutting area and they said no if there’s no one over there then it’s over just not a good first experience coming to this place but the good thing is there’s other grocery stores to spend money at.
This is a bad review for few individuals but I don’t like to give businesses bad reviews due to a couple bad eggs, so consider this constructive criticism. Lina was working hard trying to help all the customers at self checkout. She was doing a phenomenal job. But to the 3 employees just chit chatting and rolling their eyes at us when we asked for help… be better.
Lina was doing a great job and super friendly, unfortunately the 3 younger kids just standing around and talking need to step it up and help their fellow co-worker.
Update:
Went back for groceries this week, customer service is at an all time low. Felt rushed and the cashier didn’t even bother to help bag as I was trying to help and bag to make it go faster. She just stood there staring at me. Done with this place, lazy/rude workers.
A while back I locked myself out of my car here. The staff and patrons were incredibly helpful as I broke back in. The floral department gave me some wire to get at the door handle once I got it wedged open, then when that was too thin they found stronger wire for me in the back. Several patrons stopped to help (or stare amusedly at) my roomate and I as we worked on it! The best community burglary team I could have asked for.
Great store, super organized, helpful staff. Big variety on everything…
Starbucks coffee, hot meals, and loads of fresh foods.
A little pricey, not as much variety but definitely a decent grocery store! Great for grab and go foods!
