Disappointed in use of digital coupons. This intentionally excludes elderly and others that donāt carry a smart phone. Plus I believe it intentionally confuses people to think things are on sale. My phone was dead so I couldnāt buy my item. If you insist on this sales tacticā¦ tellers should absolutely have a generic coupon to scan. Put it on sale or donātā¦
Tonight like many before I walk in and theres one checker open.. then I proceed to the self check and 2 of them are closed I walk up to the customer service and politely ask if they could please open the other self checks.. he shrugs his shoulders at me and chuckles as he walks away.. Iām a senior citizen and 2 other seniors were in line waiting tooā¦ One of them asked me if he was going to open them.. I said no he thinks itās just fine making old folks wait holding their items .. as I walked out I said one day you will be a senior citizen and his reply was basically screw youā¦ This is the exact type of miss management and piss poor customer serviceā¦ They should be put out of business them maybe they will consider a little bit better treatment of their customers ā¦ But this isnāt a isolated incidentā¦ This happens DAILY at this store ā¦ I have had it with this deliberate poor treatment of a seniorā¦ I wouldnāt ever treat a customer like that especially a senior.. purposely and without thought or kindness
Wow I had stopped shopping here in the past year or so. It just felt dirty and employees were not helpful. But after todays visit for some last minute groceries Iām a happy customer again. I will be returning for my regular shopping days. Very clean well stocked. Cashier was really friendly. Guy in the bakery was really kind and helpful. I got good vibes in here today. Really nice atmosphere.
A little bit of everything, prices can be a little extra but time and convenience and service is excellent at save mart
