  1. An extremely wide spectrum of inventory: cords sets, configurations, switches, fuses, server racks, connectors, and other Misc. and/or unique (hard to source) pieces or specifications for a cord design.

    All of which is coupled with Unparalleled customer service, exceptional product/industry knowledge & understanding. A level of treatment I’ve come to know & expect, I am happy to say that with each interaction I have constantly been greeted & treated with every single time!!

    In the past over the many years of a transactional relationship, there has of course been unexpected situations and/or minor mix-ups, to me an understandable situation being that no one nor anyone business/entity is perfect. To me, the details that spoke volumes above the rest were how much they did to make sure they “corrected/fixed & solved to a level that I found satisfactory.” Instead of giving me the run around while trying to point the finger elsewhere, They specified/verified the current (or highest priority) problem that had been the result of whichever circumstance caused the mix-up. Then quickly & Concisely presented me with all the different Solutions available, Along with what each one would entail plus the end results, Highlight the differences between the options. After I had made my decision on how to progress getting the project back on track, the sales representative that I was working the with then took this opportunity (While it was still relevant and fresh in both of our minds) Look back app previous communications to figure out what specifically caused the initial breakdown and how to prevent it from happening again. Once all of that hadn’t happened they continued to still really go out of their way to make sure I felt compensated for the delays caused mix up before finally doing a quick rundown for all the rest of my future or ongoing projects, To make sure they were not only in on track but also verifying all key details.

    Great experience overall, In my also humble opinion, misses one of the few companies classic that takes the phrase “The customer’s always right” to heart seemingly keeping it as one of the corporation’s core values.

  2. Thieves ! They have a locking power cord that they price to the penny of what another seller gives you 2 of the exact same cords for the same price that Quail sells 1 cord. On Amazon, I purchased from seller”Jamaco” that sells 2 for $19.89 and liked the product so I hit the prompt, ” buy again” and the product popped up as the exact same price to the penny from these thieves at Quail and I hit “Buy Now ” expecting the same purchase except they sent me 1 cord. Very slick and AMAZON is guilty of allowing the “buy again” prompt to take me to these crooks. STAY AWAY FROM QUAIL ELECTRONICS !!!!!

  3. Every single aspect of my experience with this company was absolutely fantastic! Across the entire spectrum of customer service, product knowledge, meeting my individual needs & specifications on each part in each order, keeping me in the loop and up to date, etc. One of the many areas in which they really stood out from their competitors was the combination of a vast knowledge of their own products as well as virtually all products having any relation or impact on the power cord industry. That they used so well with their very iduvidalized company wide “solution oriented” mind set. When presented with one or more obstacles, you won’t hear the average bare minimum response, along the lines of “these are the parts we have available currently, and it will be a wait time of __, until we can restock and ship parts “x,y, and z. Instead they will have an in depth conversation withb you in order to verify they are on the same page as you, and understand clearly which aspects and specifications are the highest priorities and for what reasons. While also deciphering what specifications on each part are absolutely set In stone vs which aspects can be altered in small ways as long as the end result is the same; allowing them to let you know and offer possible alternative options to fill your order in ways that could be more benofcial to you, based on what the highest priority was for that order. Overall focusing on making sure they go above and beyond to assure each customers satisfaction and positive experience, truly earning that customers return business.
