I want to start off by saying Nicholas Frost and Davontae Hall at this location went above and beyond to help me fix a situation and get me a new watch. Even though they had no Manager access or on sight they were awsome. When I ordered a new watch the new young lady had messed up and put the wrong watch in the system. The Manager David that was present should have helped her and checked my order. Because the system was messed up and had the wrong watch registered it was very frustrating trying to exchange it. In the end I had to pay a restocking fee of $45 dollars. Well these two gentlemen paid it for me. In the end the manager should have assisted the new employee with my order. Thank you Nicholas and Devontae for having knowledge about T-Mobile in a rough situation ๐
I was on my way out of town and I stopped for a screen protector. The employee, Constance gave me a screen protector without asking if I had insurance on my device and she failed to ring it up. She just handed me a screen protector. I had to ask her to ring it up and give me a receipt. I was the only customer in the store and she left me to wait on someone else and she completed the transaction with the other customer while I was waiting for her to simply check me out.
When i went in to get the Iphones . One for my Husband and one for myself. I was getting prepaid and we both got a free iphone . The person told me that i had 10 days to return it . Never did they say that i would have to pay a fee to return it just that i had 10 days . Well where my Husband was working , he had no service so i returned his and had to pay a fee . Okay my service was to be $51.00 a month now i get a bill for $76.00 . When i go on the app to look up why this amount there is a $26.00 fee for the iphone . I do not recommend this company at all . They say one thing and charge you another .
I stopped by the store to see about canceling my service due to the lack of help I receive when I call customer service , however when I got there the staff were amazing. I was promptly greeted and attended to. They made me feel appreciated and valued. This store has such an inviting atmosphere as it is clean and filled with personable people. I sat with Shun and watched his interaction with myself, his employees, and others and I can say he is a gem. So knowledgeable and displays an infinite amount of patience and care to his shoppers. Instead of canceling my service I upgraded my phone and left out as a forever T-Mobile customer. I refuse to do business at any other store than this one.
Worst experience experience I went in to work with a certain worker and I asked if they would be in the other guy insisted on taking over but the kicker was he had no idea how to do it saying I never heard of that causing me to go home and come back. Maybe some workers need more training. I wish it was another store near or something .
