1. Working with William at Broadway Insurance is very easy! He helped me to secure insurance policies while in escrow on two properties. We have Airbnb rentals and did a full renovation on our most recent purchase, so finding the appropriate policies was a bit more involved than normal. He was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Fortunately, I have not had to file any claims so I cannot speak to that side of things. Highly recommend!

2. I don’t even know where to begin….

   William is the best in the business, hands down. Look no further. William will find you an insurance policy with incredible attention to detail, while making it unbelievably easy on you.

   We had a tricky business concept that no insurers had a “standard model” of. In a matter of hours, William has gotten back to me with a list of options, pros and cons, and his advice on what to do next. He even provided a few quoting options from the same A Rated Insurer (after we were sure we wouldn’t be able to obtain one due to our business); one with exactly what we asked for, one with slightly more coverage (for safety) and one with an additional policy that we didn’t even think to ask.

   To top it off, these quotes were incredibly priced too. Incredible!

   We engaged four other brokers, and none came close to William in expertise, advice, passion, friendliness and (mostly) price.

   The difference was William actually to took the time to make sure we were covered under the circumstances we were after, instead of just throwing low ball quotes at us hoping that something would stick.

   William was up again a lot of different brokers and quotes we’d received over a 3 week period (because they took so long to get back to us in time) but William met and exceeded a deadline to get this over the line, and kept me informed at every step.

   William is the best in the business and you’ve found your broker. Thanks William! 11/10!

3. I have been working with William Lemmon since I inherited property and found out that it was not insured. He has been amazing by not only finding me a reasonable rate for all of my properties but keeping me abreast of changing regulations that impacted my situation. The best part that I found working with Broadway Insurance Services is the simple fact that you are remembered as a person. When I call even after a year or two, my accounts are remembered in detailed without being placed on hold or any long conversations. My busy schedule is respected and I never feel as though time is wasted. I found this company on a google search and I am now a total advocate for their superior service.

4. I contacted many insurance agencies for a suitable homeowner insurance policy with no success.
   William from Broadway Insurance did a very good job. He was patient, resourceful and on top of things and very honest. It seems its hard to find someone honest nowadays. He got me a wonderful home insurance policy. He is always one text away even on weekends. I would definitely recommend him and his insurance agency for a homeowner insurance.

5. I worked with William Lemmon to get both auto and renter’s insurance and had a great all-around experience. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. He helped me find the best policies for my needs and made sure I felt taken care of. I’d recommend his services to anyone (except maybe my worst enemy – only because he’s too good).
