Kiosks always broken, garbage in parking lot, poor customer service, extremely high rates charged recently no explanation
Went to pay the bill and that precious kiosk they always want you to use,it doesn’t work half the time. Going inside does not work either,they are always pointing to the kiosk. Go figure.
I’m not going to say they’re all rude but the folks I’ve dealt with there were very unprofessional & rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The service was great as usual. When ever I need anything in sales I contact Mrs. Wanda Rudolph at the office on Center point Parkway. She’s a very special person. If you need an appliance call her you will not be disappointed.
BHAM AL LOCATION HAD AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS HELPFUL!!

MY 3 bedroom 2bath is ONLY 1500 sq ft house & MY BILL IS ALMOST

WHO THE HELL CAN LIVE WITH THESE TYPE OF PRICE HIKES?? I’m on SSDI AND AFTER POWER BILL AND HOUSE NOTE I’M BROKE AND NO I CANNOT AFFORD TO GO ANYWHERE WITH THE GAS PRICES $4.29 gal !! Our world AS WE ONCE KNEW IT~ ITS GOING to HELL!! YOU BETTER HOPE AND SURE YOU KNOW GOD!!
