This mango men store appoint such an unprofessional and unethical store manger her name is Manjeet Kaur. Yesterday when I visited store for exchange my clothes sheâs denied to exchange and told me do what ever you want to do. When I ask her senior person mail Iâd she refuse to give me .. Her customer handling skill is very poor she doesnât know how to talk with customer. Because of these kind of person no one want to come dlf and even mango men store. Donât know why mango appoint her. This is not a first time she do this. Many complaints already against her
This Mango Man store at DLF Saket misleads customers with false pricing, and has a really ill-behaved & rude store manager. Everything was priced 30-40% higher than what the online store states, and they denied November Black Friday sale on most products. Theyâve cheated us with an inflated bill and refused a return or refund.
Adding to that, the manager at the store quarrelled with my parents when they tired to reason with her. Towards the end she even mocked my mother, as we exited the store.
Attaching the bills & the actual discounted price that shouldâve been charged.
Itâs a shame and after todayâs pathetic experience Iâm never shopping at this Saket store again. Awful scammers & a manager who has zero respect.
Ordered from Mango app and never received the item. Worst clothing company. Customer care number doesnât work. Filled an online form and no one contacted me. Think twice before buying from a fraud company.
