  1. Well let’s just say today I absolutely experienced racism at its finest. The manager, Zach Dulaney is awful and lacks customer service skills tremendously. I went into this store and Zach was rude, walked off on me while I was talking to him, and when he realized a salesperson quoted me the wrong price on an item instead of trying to “‘make it right” he threw his hands up in the air and it was pretty much an “Oh well” gesture. I am furious to know that someone like this can be a manager but I’ll assume this is why this store is going out of business so he may just not care about customers anymore. When I asked for his name to lodge a complaint he looked at me and said nope I’m not giving it to you. (Zach is wearing the white shirt)

  2. Do not use their financing. We were making double payments. l went Friday to find out my balance. Was told a little over eighty-one dollars I owed. Checked today (Monday) to be told it was over two hundred dollars. Rep informed me it was interest. I have paid over three hundred interest.This four hundred dollar air conditioner cost me over $1300.00. This wasn’t an interest free purchase as they claim. Buyer beware you are going to be taken to the cleaners.

I called the store today and I was very patient and calm, but I just needed to get some information about my account because my account has been charged twice in the last two months and before I could even explain the young lady that answered the phone started yelling saying ma’am if you’re going to be yelling at me I don’t have to have this conversation. You don’t have to get loud, and proceeded to calm down I’m not even got time to explain to you what I need before you think I’m going to be rude to you. She immediately hung up in my face. I called back. It gentleman answered the phone. I proceeded to tell him about the two charges, he said give him a second he would look into it. I waited about five minutes and then all of a sudden the phone just hung up. I call back again. I’m just need to find out about what’s going on with my account , the young lady answered again. She starts yelling telling me I needed to calm down, but I was not loud or rude in anyway you can go back and listen to the conversations. I told her she needs to calm down and quit assuming that people were being rude because I was not being loud or cursing in anyway I just wanna know what’s going on with my account . Finally, I went on yawls website and found the customer service number. I called that number instead got through to a sweet young lady that got me through everything I needed to and she fixed my account, but I wanted to make y’all aware of this so I wanna post it for everyone to see if you’re customer service. I understand that you have rude customers, but sometimes take a breath and realize not every customer will be rude. Give us a chance not to be don’t be rude to us because we’re the customer , this made it very hard for me to want to stay with after I pay off my account because this is the local office on university and these are the people I have to deal with not being hung up on several times and being talked to the way I was when I did not get a tone or get loud in anyway I was calm

  4. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in CONNS. This is considered great customer service. I was advised someone would be right with me and they were. Jimmie was helpful and understood my concerns and addressed my wants. He was helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate all his hard work satisfying my needs. I was also assisted by OJ and feel that this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a Furniture store. Thanks guys y’all ROCK!!
