Love the light coming in and the common outsides spaces. So close to the pier and beach. Great area to live and enjoy Santa Monica life. The staff makes all of the already great qualities of living here even better!
Been living at Junction for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it here!! Gil is seriously the best, always available and willing to help with anything. The whole team him Bradley, Alexa and the manager Alexis have all been so helpful ever since I moved in, going above and beyond with any small request that’s thrown their way. The maintenance team, Eric and David, have also been tremendous and are so hardworking!! After going through a super hectic cross country move, I have to say the team here really makes me feel at home!
Renewed my lease over the summer. Have been very happy so far, particularly with Eric and maintenance. Always around to assist. Am hoping for some resident events, as the property does not have too many apartments, so would love to get to know my neighbors more. Other than that, love being blocks to the beach!
My husband and I have been living at Junction for the past 14 months. It’s really been a great experience. The building is modern, very well maintained, and secure. Our unit is street-facing with a large balcony, so you get great natural light throughout the afternoon. It’s hard to beat the location with ease of walking downtown, to the train for commuting, or driving onto the highway for access throughout the city. The management team has always been accessible, professional, and attentive to our needs when we needed them. Maintenance staff is also great and quick to respond to requests submitted. We enjoy living here and would recommend the community and Greystar as a whole.
Living at Junction has been such a blessing! I guarantee you won’t find a more helpful and efficient property management staff. Jason is always helpful and Rudy and Jessie are so responsive. Not to mention the apartments are gorgeous and you cannot beat the stellar view!
