1. Real estate agents help us in times of transition and change.They help us buy our dream homes.In short they change our lives. Mrs.Naishia Roberts is her name and she was that beautiful soul that help us on that journey. Our home buying journey wasn’t easy, but we couldn’t have done it without her by our side. We started looking for a used house but through her leadership we settled on a brand new home. For all who are reading this when you look for a realtor not only do you look for someone who’s professional and knowledgeable about the task in hand, but look for one that has a heart and dignity to go much further than money can buy. Ms Roberts was there through bad times and certainly there for the good times. She was referred to me as a great realtor but a better person and a realtor who wasn’t about the money, it was all about the joy of helping others for her and nothing about herself. She proved that and I want to thank her for that. She started for us as realtor but now I can call her family she’s a friend. The review only has 5 stars and that’s certainly not enough if I could, I will give her 10 stars I would because she is worth so much more. So if you are in Mobile, Al or surrounding city’s look no further I promise you that she want disappoint Mrs.Naishia Roberts of IXL is a no brainer she will definitely get you there where you need to be.

2. I am a first time home buyer. I entered this process clueless and terrifies. From day one, Niaisha held my hand. She answered all of my questions. Her responses to my texts were always prompt. In the midst of my process, there were several challenges from the seller; she handled them like a champ. She fought for me and made sure I received all that was agreed upon. I never felt like a client. Niaisha has a gift for making you feel like family. Quality, personal service. Knowledgable. Supreme professionalism. Patience. All of these qualities describe Mrs. Roberts. She helped me find a HOME-not a house.

3. Niaisha was very professional in handling the sale of my rental property. She even helped me in finding contractors to do the necessary repairs. She always kept me informed of the progress of the repairs as well as the progress of the contract . She oversaw all of the repairs necessary to close on the house. If you want a realtor who takes a special interest in selling your property quickly , (sold my property in 2 days) I highly recommend Niaisha .

4. Not sure where I should begin but I can not express how happy I was with the entire process. With this being the first sale of a property I was a part of, I must say Niaisha made this entire process a walk in the park. She guided us every step of the way. Every step was explained to us clearly and our options were outlined so that we could make good choices regarding our property. From organizing the repairs, setting up open houses, even keeping the grass cut because the house was vacant!!! I can’t say enough about her! I’m so happy we went with you! Thanks again for everything! You went above and beyond! Greatly Appreciated!!!!

5. Our experience with Mrs. Roberts has been phenomenal. She provided prompt response to any questions we had. We have worked with many Realtors over the years and she has proven to be the best by far. We will certainly be calling Mrs. Niashia Roberts for our next real estate transaction very soon!
