We have stayed here 2 years in a row for a family trip. We love the location on the beach and that each room has a balcony view of the water for great sunsets. The restaurant menu is limited but the food is always good. I would give it an overall 5 star rating except that the beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows are flat and you need to stack them to get a comfortable position.
Stayed for 3 nights on Aug. 26, 2024. The check-in wasn’t pleasant. The employee (Jones) unorganized. The shower door would not close. When you pay $214. a night, you would think there would be complementary coffee in the lobby or breakfast.
Bed extremely firm.
Left with back pain.
Nice, clean hotel in a great location right on the beach. I loved that all of the rooms have a balcony and face the water. The room had ample space and was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. My biggest recommendation is to update the pool and install an outdoor bar. I think this would be a huge perk and money maker for this hotel. (At the very least get a second bar tender as service at the bar was a bit slow.) overall I would stay here again!
This was a nice property right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean and no complaints. Bathroom was clean and seemed to be newly renovated. The restaurant downstairs was okay, felt like they needed a little help in the mornings. Feel like the only thing that could make it better is to renovate the pool area. Otherwise we had a nice stay here while in town for a conference. Every room having an ocean front balcony was also a great perk.
We love it here! The staff are always so nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Housekeep is always close by if I needed extra towels or toiletries. My kids love getting a slushy at the hotel restaurant and taking it out to the pool. One of my favorite features is the beach facing balcony that every room has. My kids love having picnics on the balcony!
