  1. It was very peaceful at the hotel. It has a nice entrance with breakfast served in the morning. There are two pools located outside and a lot of parking space. The rooms itself are mediocre but not bad.

  2. My daughter a 7 month old baby was sick. She threw up on a face towel. The towel was stained so they charged me $20 out of $50 for my deposit. It is now 2 1/2 weeks going on 3 and I still haven’t got my money. Whenever I call the hotel they tell me contact my bank and my bank says the same. So when I called today this young lady who was very rude answered. I recognize her voice from when I stayed there.. she’s the same one that alerted me saying I wouldn’t be getting all of my deposit
but she’s saying “ she doesn’t recall speaking to me about it “ the whole time she had an attitude and kept hanging up on me. When I expressed to her my frustration and concerns she wasn’t interested. I suggested she sent a confirmation via email saying I will be charged $30 so .. she then is asking “ for what “ I replied “ for the $30 deposit what do you mean “ she then says “ stop talking to my like I’m stupid or I won’t do anything you’re the one really tripping over $30 when it’s a $50 deposit.. not gonna lie I said “ you’re acting like you are “ after she made that comment about me trippin about $30 , she then proceeds to hang up and doesn’t come back to the phone .. they are refusing to give me this girls name, but she was unprofessional and is one of the representations of the Wyndham so I’m thinking Managment should know that this is how they’re being depicted. However while I’m writing this the young lady reached back out to me apologizing giving her name.. saying she was upset that’s understandable but you never know what the next person is going through
so yes $30 out of $50 is a lot for a single mother with two kids
when/ if she has kids one day she will understand that until then she needs to work on being more sympathetic and understanding for peoples situations. I spend all of my money on these rooms living week to week with my kids( do you know how hard that is to afford?)so yes I do not have it like that and $30 is gas or dinner ! Let’s be real here
. Shame on you Wyndham! And to top it off they have a bad problem with spiders! There were spiders in my car, in my room my baby got bit on her cheek
it was a scary experience .. never have I voiced to them my concerns but that’s something they need to work on as well.. cut those trees and bushes because next time it can be detrimental

  3. I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this hotel at all costs, as it is infested with bed bugs.

From the moment I entered the room, I noticed a foul odor and a general lack of cleanliness. However, it wasn’t until later in the evening, when I was ready to sleep, that I discovered the true horror lurking within.

As I settled into bed, I felt an incessant itching sensation all over my body. It didn’t take long to realize that I was being attacked by bed bugs. I immediately turned on the lights and was horrified to find the mattress crawling with these bloodsucking pests. It was evident that the hotel management had neglected to properly address this issue.

I immediately informed the front desk staff, who were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering an alternative room or taking immediate action to resolve the issue, they brushed it off as if it were a minor inconvenience. It was clear that the hotel had no proper protocol in place to handle such a serious problem.

The bed bug infestation ruined my entire stay. I was unable to sleep comfortably and spent the night itching and feeling disgusted. Not only did I have to deal with the physical discomfort, but I also had to worry about bringing the bugs back home with me. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety.

In addition to the bed bug problem, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was outdated, the furniture was worn-out, and the bathroom was in need of serious renovation. It was evident that the hotel had not invested in proper maintenance.

I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at [hotel name] to look elsewhere. The bed bug issue is not something to take lightly, and the hotel’s lack of action and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Save yourself the misery, discomfort, and potential financial burden of dealing with a bed bug infestation and never, under any circumstances, recommend this hotel to anyone.

  4. I have stayed here 2 nights. Very bad service. The room was very dirty and the hotel. The mattress’s are very dirty and are filled with bugs. I have woken up the next morning with bites all over my leg. The room that I had stayed at was room 125 and I have never slept at that room again and asked them to change the room for that reason. Very bad experience with this hotel. Would not recommend.

  5. This place is cheap. I do not mean inexpensive, I mean cheap. It is supposedly “non-smoking” throughout the entire motel but the rooms smell like a stale smoked cigarette. By how hard they act like they don’t want you yo smoke here it seems like they look the opposite way. When you complain they won’t do anything about it other than give you another smokey room. No discount, no we will give you a meal, no anything to show you that this business cares about their customers. They care about making a cheap buck off of the vulnerable. Want a coffee? Oh yea 1 sugar 1 cream. Lol. I don’t know how I can tell you any other way. They don’t care about you, the customer, here.
