  1. What an incredible grocery store, so much choice, and the pricing is keen as mustard. I wish we’d discovered this place sooner. If we need anything more while we’re here, we’ll certainly be coming back. Friendly service, well stocked, plenty of parking, very good prices, what’s not to love?

  2. This is a great grocery store! They have great vegan products and the prices are well below other stores in the same area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also they have a large parking lot so parking is never a problem.

  3. When they opened during covid and had the bathrooms shut to the public, we dealt with it. But this policy of selling to seniors and veterans with disabilities, but not allowing use of ANY RESTROOM, is an abhorant policy held and is causing you to lose sales daily. A woman or man should not have to shop your store with a full bladder. And with traffic and so few store locations, it takes one a long time to even drive to the store. A person could stay and shop for an hour and leave with a full basket, but most leave in rush, with empty baskets. Catering to elders and disabled is not just a respective form of customer service it’s productive and fiscally sound to do. I am sad to see that the Grocery Outlets of southern California have none of the customer care that your northern stores have always had. I won’t be shopping there for now. It’s too rude of them. It means they don’t trust their own customers to even use a restroom. What kind of customer relationship is that?
