1. Extremely professional staff and excellent Dr. they treat the root cause not just the symptom. Excellent care and attentiveness to my needs. Totally worth it and acupuncture has been healing people for over 2,000 years. If you are considering it, I highly suggest you come here and get treated.

2. I highly recommend acupuncture treatment with Dr Ly and his outstanding staff at his Huntsville office. I’ve had problems with my lower back, knees, and shoulders for over 40 years primarily caused by eroded cartilage in my knees and shoulder bones, which resulted in the condition of bone on bone. On a scale from one to ten, my pain was at level 10 for decades. Over the years to reduce the pain, I’ve had several physical therapy treatments and different types of pain medicine. All with negative results. Doctors have been recommending knee and shoulder replacement, as well as back injections. However in August 2023, the Veteran Administration’s Pain Management Center started working with me. Acupuncture treatment was recommended after failure of the normal pain medicines… At first I was unsure of this process, but agreed to proceed. After completing the first cycle of eight treatments, I started to see my pain levels reducing. By completion of the second cycle my knees, back and shoulder pain had reduced to much lower levels (lower back under 5, knees under 2, and shoulder under 3). Although the issues with my knees, back and shoulders are still problematic, with the reduced pain levels, I’m able to enjoy a better quality of life. Dr Ly’s practice made this possible!

3. This is my first experience being treated with acupuncture, and it has been a journey of very productive treatments. I opted to try acupuncture to help me recover from a severe case of Bell’s Palsy and lower back pain. Doctors Ly and Zhao have taken the time to listen and painlessly insert the needles, which is appreciated to work me back to 97%+. Their staff has been very hospitable, professional and understanding. Ely and Jenn, keep up the great work!

4. The care I received at this clinic has been exceptional. Everyone on staff has treated me kindly and with respect. Nearly all of my treatments were performed by Dr. Zhao. I found them to be very effective, and executed with care and gentleness. My questions were listened to attentively and answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I always left with less pain and a sense of calm and well being. I highly recommend this practice.

I have never been one to believe in alternative medicine, but after attempting so many different traditional methods to treat my back pain such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, traction, chiropractic, pain management, and even so far as nerve ablation I figured I would be down for anything. On my first visit, I came in a hunched over pain riddled man, told Dr. Ly my issues, and let him stick in some needles into places that weren’t even near where I was complaining of pain. After lying on my back for about 25 minutes which would normally leave me stuck, I was asked to sit up. To my complete surprise, I actually could sit up by myself and most of the overwhelming pain was gone. Summary of this guys opinion, if you have pain and have tried everything else, you should have tried this well before now. It will change your life.
