2. Happy with the prices and overall service. The store was well-organized and had a wide variety of products to choose from. ANKIT was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect TAB for my needs. He patiently answered all my questions and even gave me a demonstration of the product. I also appreciate that he was not pushy and allowed me to make my own decision. Overall, I had a great experience at Reliance Digital and would highly recommend it to others.

3. Bou 02 ACs daiken fron reliance digital store two weeks back.

   After two weeks and five visits by installation team (so call authorised partner but actually are unskilled, unethical and crooked), both ACs cannot be used.

   For first AC 1.5 ton, water dripping inside room is clearly visible in video.

   For second AC 2.2 ton, water 💦 is pouring in drawing room and can be seen in video.

   Most bizarre thing, I have paid them twice Rs 1900/- and Rs 1000/- (stand charged paid with ac) but after repeated call no break up of charges and no invoice till date.

   After multiple call to reliance store (south extension part 2), not a single visit by any person from reliance digital store and left to deal with outsourced installation parter who is crooked , non professional and unskilled.

4. I would like to give 5 stars to the staff member who was incredibly helpful and professional during my purchase.

   He patiently listened to all my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name.

   Even though it was quite late and he must have been tired, he went above and beyond to assist me. His exceptional service stood in stark contrast to another staff member who seemed preoccupied with his phone and did not respond to my questions.

   Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

5. Kunal, Ram and Praveen know thoroughly about the products. They made us feel really comfortable. Answered tons of our doubts without any hesitation or getting irritated. Always smiling face of the entire team. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks to the wonderful team.
