   I’m truly impressed with the seamless product delivery, especially getting it within a few hours in Delhi NCR. The availability of COD is a great plus. Overall, the experience has been excellent.

   However, I believe there’s room for improvement in customer support. It would be great if the team were more informed about customer rights in the service industry and took a stronger stand in supporting customers.

   Looking forward to seeing even greater strides in your service. Keep up the great work!

5. Picture quality with HDR is amazing, literally feels like a scene is playing outside the window (TV). Just need to choose 4K 1080p HDR in OTT platforms. Colors are not overly saturated, but rather pleasant to watch , combined with alot of picture settings & Manual control.

   Indian serials also look clean and with good quality enhancements as per the resolution.

   Far field microphone and Google assistant works fluently.

   There is late night mode in sound which helps lower the high tones to not disturb people in the house , very useful sound setting/feature.

   Been using since few months , i haven’t faced any issues. Headphones connection gets a bit tricky , but yet to test it properly.

   All in all , a recommended TV for 85 inch considering Vu has came a long way all this years and have developed and learnt alot with time , knows how to make durable appliance.

   Hoping for the better future , the way the TV has been robust all this days without any issues
