1. Todd and Linda were exceptional in helping us sell our home and purchase a new one SIMULTANEOUSLY. We met with multiple agents and we chose The Mitchell Group for their precisely laid out plan to sell our home and because they had answers that were backed by experience for every one of our hypothetical questions. It was crucial that we sell our home quickly, so we followed their step-by-step process to prepare our home for sale and implemented as many of their recommendations that we could, to get as many offers as possible. Their method worked perfectly! Our home was listed on a Thursday and by Monday, we had 4 over-asking offers. Todd and Linda walked us through every phase of the selling and buying process. With both transactions occurring simultaneously, careful coordination and open communication between all parties was vital. Todd and Linda exemplified professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. They made “the impossible” feel POSSIBLE and helped us stay calm during a very stressful time. Our confidence in them never wavered and we were able to complete both transactions in the timeframe we set at our very first meeting. 3. Linda was awesome in helping me buy my first home. I was looking for an investment property in the Fresno area and her knowledge and experience were invaluable. The whole process felt smooth and easy, from the home search process to her arranging inspections/repairs/contractor quotes. I felt taken care of and that she had my best interest in mind. Her husband Todd was also very helpful and has many great connections for whatever work you might like done on a home.
