Mike of KH Appliance provides excellent service from the first contact to the completion of the repair. Mike has repaired our dryer with thorough documentation and photos of the issue while being exceptionally responsive via text or in-person with our requests for service or with questions about the appliance or regarding inquiries about the repair and/or the parts required.
We have had Mike back to troubleshoot issues with our secondary refrigerator. He exhibited the same thoroughness and professionalism.
Mike is an absolute lifesaver! My dishwasher stopped draining correctly and other appliance repair companies couldn’t come for a week or more. Mike was able to come same day, fixed the dishwasher quickly, checked out other appliances we had questions about, and was very reasonably priced. He will absolutely be on speed dial for future repair needs!
Mike was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our LG washer and showed me how it could be repaired. I ordered the part and fixed it myself the next day. We really appreciate a repair person that also explains and teaches you how to fix the issue.
I had a 5-star experience with Mike from KH Appliances. He was on time and quick to begin diagnosing the problem with our washer. He was transparent about the process, explaining in simple terms to me what was likely wrong, and how he would go about fixing it. He was also transparent about the pricing of everything. He gave great advice to use the warranty on our product and tried to save us as much money as possible, which I appreciated. He had to order a special part to fix our washer (a new motor control board) and once installed it’s working like new again. I definitely asked for his card at the end to save for the next appliance problem I might have.
Mike was very responsive. Within two days he was at our home repairing our Viking sub zero. He was efficient, clean and thorough. Can’t say enough good things.
