Iāve been to many agencies but I have never dealt with anything like this one. I was told to pick a payment method after orientation which I did somehow all that got messed up. Thatās fine I blamed it on myself. But this agency wonāt help you out if youāre not getting paid on time some people I worked with didnāt even have pay stubs for the whole month and basically working for free some people didnāt even get paid for a day and Iām still receiving my pay late..
I went through indeed, and from there went to this location for a job that was posted did all the paperwork and everything did. My background waited about a week and a half for them to reach out that all the positions were filled.. I donāt recommend applying for this agency. Definitely go with staff mark Kelly services anyone but if I would give them zero stars, I would.
They donāt answer the phone they sent me a confirmation text with a start date when I showed up I got sent home because my recruiter didnāt send over my info after I responded to the confirmation. Iāve been trying to start work over a week now. Ridiculous. Finally got in contact with someone they put me on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on me. No answer on repeated call backs
This agency is not on top of payments like direct deposit so expect to get paid 10 days later do not recommend this staffing agency at all go to a different agency better chances
Worst agency ever! Had me go out of my way to their office to fill out the I9 from and havenāt gotten back to me since. Iāve been calling them every single day since completing the form and nobody ever picks up or responds to my voicemails. Donāt waste your time
