My 17 year old HVAC system decided to stop working on a day that hit 113 degrees.
I was really looking forward to Lee’s same day availability to come and look at my system. I thought to myself, now this is real customer service. Even when the technician arrived, he was very proper and even wore shoe covers inside my house. I really wanted to think they are amazing after almost 2,000 positive reviews.
Sadly, after he looked at my HVAC he gave me two options:
1. Replace my entire unit for somewhere between $20,000 – $30,000
2. Repair my current system (he didn’t recommend this option) for $18,000
3. He refused to replace my broken capacitor 🤔
That seemed like a salesman, pressuring you into buying something when you desperately need it. So, I called a few other places and fixed my capacitor replaced for only $200
1 week later update: Lee’s contacted me, and sincerely apologized. They refunded my money and offered to pay the $200 I paid the other guys.
🤩 They made a customer for life!
I recently had my AC serviced by Marshal Lyman with Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Marshall arrived early but didn’t mind waiting until I arrived home to let him in. He was incredibly courteous, and explained every step of the process.
Overall, he delivered top-notch service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC maintenance or repair.
